Ocean Colour Blue is a semi-detached property sleeping up to four people in Gulval, between Marazion and Penzance. It offers two large en suite bedrooms with fantastic sea views and a balcony looking over Mount's Bay and St Michael's Mount.

From the allocated parking space you enter the private decked patio area, with garden furniture and a mature garden border.

Entering through the patio doors is the lounge/diner which provides ample seating around a cosy wood burner for those chilly nights. A large TV and DVD player, DVD’s, games and books for your use. A Bluetooth speaker and USB charging point is also provided. The large farmhouse style dining table provides an eating area for up to six people.

From the dining area is a step down into the kitchen which is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, washer/dryer and dishwasher and a small island in the middle.

Leading upstairs to bedroom one which is a spacious room with a 5' king-size bed, bedside tables, dressing table, ample wardrobe space and a TV with built in DVD player. The en suite shower room has a single shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point. There are French doors from the bedroom which lead out onto the balcony with sea views.

Bedroom two is a large room which provides two 3' single beds with bedside tables, wardrobes, chest of drawers, and a TV with built in DVD player. The en suite shower room has a double shower cubicle, toilet, handbasin, heated towel rail and shaver point. French doors from the bedroom also lead to the balcony which overlooks the sea.

Rental includes bedlinen, towels, WIFI,electricity, 1st basket of logs (more available locally at cost) and central heating. Regret no smoking, barbecues or dogs. The owners live on site in their own house attached to Ocean Colour Blue.
