Church Cove is a picturesque coastal hamlet on the eastern side of the Lizard Peninsula, a short distance from Lizard village. With its traditional cottages, small fishing cove and peaceful surroundings, it offers a lovely setting for a holiday close to some of Cornwall's most spectacular coastline.

The narrow lane leading down to the cove passes St Wynwallow's Church at Landewednack, believed to have been founded around AD 600 and recognised as the most southerly parish church on mainland Britain. Its historic setting and distinctive use of local serpentine stone make it a fascinating place to visit.

At the bottom of the valley, Church Cove has a small rocky shoreline and slipway where local fishing boats are launched. The cove retains much of its traditional character, with the surrounding cliffs providing beautiful views along the coast. The nearby Lizard Lifeboat Station is also an important feature of this stretch of coastline.

The South West Coast Path passes through the area, offering scenic walks towards Lizard Point and Housel Bay in one direction, or along the rugged coastline towards Cadgwith in the other. Nearby Lizard village provides pubs, cafés, shops and other useful amenities, while Kynance Cove and the wider Lizard Peninsula are within easy reach.
