Brick Cottage

Brick Cottage is a spacious three-bedroom holiday home at the eastern end of Lizard village, and one of the relatively few examples of brick-built dwellings at The Lizard. Sleeping up to five guests, the cottage has plenty of room both indoors and out, with a sunroom, large garden and driveway parking for two cars. Its location also makes it an excellent base for exploring the village and surrounding coastline, with the shops, cafés and pubs in the village centre around a five-minute level walk away and Church Cove just a little further.

Lizard Point and the South West Coast Path can also be reached on foot, opening up miles of spectacular coastal walking, while nearby beauty spots such as Kynance Cove, Housel Bay and Cadgwith are all within easy reach.

Coming April 2027: Brick Cottage is currently undergoing renovation and will be welcoming its first guests from April 2027. Further photographs and full details of the accommodation will be added as work progresses.

From the driveway, a front lawned garden leads to the entrance porch and into the cottage.

Brick Cottage has a spacious kitchen/diner with plenty of room for preparing meals and gathering around the dining table, with sliding doors to the rear garden.

The separate living room provides a comfortable space to relax, while a sunroom offers an additional living space overlooking the garden.

Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom.

There are three bedrooms, providing flexible accommodation for up to five guests. Upstairs is the main bedroom with a double bed and its own en suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom. A separate single room is on the ground floor.

Outside, Brick Cottage has a large rear garden with plenty of space to sit out and enjoy the warmer weather. The garden also includes a pond, adding to the established garden setting, and a sunroom. There is driveway parking for two cars.

Brick Cottage has Brick Lodge attached, which is let separately as a self-contained holiday property with its own entrance and private courtyard. The neighbouring Lobster Pot is also located nearby.

Please note: There is a pond within the garden. Children must be supervised at all times when outside.
