Smithy Cottage

Smithy Cottage offers comfortable accommodation for five across three bedrooms, with an en suite main bedroom and its own sheltered garden. The open-plan living space brings the kitchen, dining and seating areas together, providing a practical base for families or groups. Located within the Trenance Farm complex, the cottage sits close to the shared swimming pool and is well placed for exploring Mullion village, Mullion Cove and the nearby coastline.

Trenance Farm is a 13-acre site with a collection of holiday cottages and a range of shared facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool, children’s play area, two games rooms and two exercise fields for dogs - so there’s plenty to enjoy during your stay. Ideally positioned between Mullion village and Mullion Cove, it’s easy to explore the cove, Polurrian Beach, and the village’s shops and pubs.

The open-plan living area combines the kitchen and dining space with comfortable seating, a smart TV and coal-effect electric fire. A dining table provides space for meals together.

Bedroom one is a double room with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is a twin room with two single beds, while bedroom three has a full-size single bed. A small pull-out bed is also available in the third bedroom if required for an additional child, although the cottage is ordinarily offered for up to five guests.

Outside, Smithy Cottage has its own sheltered garden with a table and chairs, providing a private outdoor space for dining or relaxing.

Guests at Smithy Cottage also have access to the shared facilities at Trenance Farm, including the outdoor heated swimming pool (usually open late May to early September)*, grassy play area, games room with table tennis and books, barbecue shed, laundry room and a large field for dog walking.

The rental includes bed linen, towels, utilities, WiFi and use of the shared amenities. There is parking for one car. Two dogs are welcome at £30 per dog per week. Travel cot and highchair available on request.

*Please note that the swimming pool is not lifeguarded and may occasionally be closed for maintenance.
