Perranporth beach provides the feel of a typical seaside holiday in Cornwall. With over two miles of golden sand at low tide and the open air pool filled with sea water at high tide will certainly keep the younger members of the family entertained. The beach provides lifeguard cover in summer and there are usually patrolled swimming areas. This beach is well served with local shops, cafe, restaurant and even a pub on the beach called the Watering Hole. The Watering Hole is located at the foot of the dunes and serves food and drink day and night. During the evenings this beach pub provides wonderful live music.
